Message David Kennedy's Stroked TwinTurbo Widebody has been a project in the making for many years now - he was one of the original customers in the 2.5" charge pipe kit groupbuy back in 2008 and at that point he had already procured the engine components, the jun transmission gearset, and much much more.

After a lot of hard work and patience he finally got everything together and brought her down to us for final tuning. It was a grueling process of 6 days time, nearing some 65 hours of labor to address so many of the small, but very important things to make this project come to life.

Build:
Jun 3.2L Stroker Kit
JWT 500 Camshafts
Fully Ported and port-matched heads
MS Manifolds
Ferrea 1mm oversized valves
Ferrea dual coil springs
AshSPEC 2.5" Charge Pipe Kit
AshSPEC 2.5" Turbo Inlet Pipe Kit
AshSPEC MASSIVE SMICs
SZ 5-bolt Expansion Downpipes and full 3" exhaust
JUN 5-speed transmission gearset
Leader 4.1 Differential Gearset
Quaife LSD
850cc Border Injectors
300-degree fuel rail
Aeromotive FPR
Dual Deatschwerks Turbine Fuel Pumps
AshSPEC Dual Fuel Pump Control Module
GT2860RS Turbochargers
Selin Dual MAS Translator

Here are the final dyno results:

The car was capable of producing just under 600RWHP on pumpfuel in later pulls after camshaft timing adjustments were made and she was left to a proper cool-down.

On racefuel, Dragon 116, all boost, she produced 710RWHP at 646ft/lbs torque.

The car was also equipped with intercooler fogger coolers which when used brought her up to 816RWHP @ 760ft/lbs torque - producing 360RWHP and 470RWTQ at 4000RPM.

Here is a video of her on the dyno:

At this point David will be going with a set of GTX3076's on this setup. The GT2860RS's are a potent turbocharger but they just gas out too quickly for the 3.2L setup and there is a lot more power on the table with the larger turbochargers without the detriment to spoolup rates - this setup breathes very well. :) I look forward to having it back in my hands with the new hairdryers and a few additional AshSPEC skunkworks products to see what she is capable of on all turbo. :)
